Fitness Class

These are our fundamental classes and consist of a combination of Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting and Strength components along with gymnastics, skills and drills, and incorporate a mix of High Intensity and longer duration cardio sessions. Every day brings something new, but our programs apply a 6 week structure to ensure everyone is progressing along the way. 

These classes are for everybody. Every workout is totally scaleable and each individual can work to their own fitness level.

We don’t believe that there is a one size fits all trainer, and our personal training team come from different backgrounds including Professional AFL, Olympic Lifting, Professional Ballet and Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, Holistic female specific wellness and fitness.

Small Female Group Training

The Ultimate Small Group Personal Training Program

Our unique approach to small group training gives you the perfect blend of customised workouts and group accountability.

These 45 minute classes are capped at 8, and cover cardio, metabolic conditioning, strength work, mobility, HIIT, circuit work, stretching and more, designed for women to sculpt and strengthen. Each member goes at their own pace and every movement can be scaled so as nobody will be left behind.

Our supportive trainers will ensure you have fun and are challenged and empowered with like-minded, supportive women from diverse backgrounds.

We know that everyone has different needs and goals and you will all be treated as such, whether you want regular check ins and measurements and increase your PB lifts or just to come and feel great within yourself. You will be pushed and you will be challenged- this is by no means the ‘easy option’.

Our Female Tribe are a small community of like-minded strength seekers, striving to make positive life changes through functional fitness. Benefit from the motivation, encouragement, and accountability that comes with being part of a supportive community of people that value fitness as much as you do.

MUMS AND BUBS
We also welcome mothers and their babies and currently support and train many women who bring in their little ones whilst they work through the post natal process.

These women have formed great friendships and love the flexibility of training with their child, often stopping to feed and our instructors are always happy to cuddle them if need be whilst mum is smashing some squats.

PROGRAMMING
Each days’ session follows a guide set out below and is carefully considered to give you best results possible. We will ensure your form is correct and be there to guide you every step of the way to substitute movements, progress or regress.

Our trainers include an ex professional ballet dancer and mum, a strength and conditioning coach and ex swimmer and a degree qualified female holistic wellness and fitness expert.

Open Gym

If you haven’t made it to a class, make up the time at an Open Gym session. Work on your weaknesses, supplement your training routine and keep your strength and fitness goals on track.
