Small Female Group Training
Our ladies small Group Fitness classes are the perfect way to get individualised programming within an intimate, semi private environment. These class are capped at 5, and you will be sure to receive an amazing workout each session. These 45 minute sessions will cover cardio, strength, mobility, HIIT, circuit work, stretching and more. Each participant will go at their own pace and every movement can be scaled so as nobody will be left behind.
Our supportive trainers will ensure you have fun and are challenged and empowered with like-minded women.
We know that everyone has different needs and goals and you will all be treated as such, whether you want regular check ins and measurements or just to come and feel great within yourself.
This non intimidating and friendly environment is great for beginners, those getting back into training after some time off, post natal and those just wanting to move and be healthy.
